Made out of thick steel plates. Welded steel construction suitably reinforced. Pitless design with thick wear resistant lining Ni-hard or Manganese steel liners

Table is fabricated from thick M.S.Plate with wear resistant rubber liner.

ABRASIVE RECYCLING SYSTEM

Screw Conveyor at the bottom of the hopper moves abrasive to the boot section of the elevator. Elevator Lifts the shots to the shot hopper after removing of dust.

Turbine blast unit of double disc type equipped with throwing blades.

Abrasive separation in gravity type with separating tip air wash system and abrasive trap arrangement.
